The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that the right of surnames does not want elections to take place next July 28, so he is planning terrorist plans.

In this regard, he assured that in the absence of popular support, the right wing remains desperate, plotting actions to harm the people and prevent the presidential elections from taking place.
