Delcy Rodríguez: Venezuela and Colombia are moving towards shared economic development

Venezuela and Colombia are making progress in the development of countless financial and productive projects that will undoubtedly allow reconciliation and shared economic development, said the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

“The Peoples must celebrate that we are on the right path, that behind are the divisions produced by groups of the Colombian elite linked to drug trafficking. We are bringing Bolivar's dream to life,” said Rodríguez during the signing of a memorandum of understanding to lay the groundwork for the creation of the Zone of Peace, Union and Binational Development.

In this regard, he stressed that with the creation of these zones both countries are sending “a great message of peace” to the whole world. “It's a message of peace, of unity, of binational development,” he emphasized.
