Deputy Maduro Guerra: On July 27, we have an appointment with history!

The deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Nicolás Maduro Guerra, highlighted this Thursday the Bolivarian character of the People of Caracas, which turned the streets at the close of the campaign of the candidate Carmen Meléndez, ahead of the municipal elections on July 27.

“It was an intense campaign. Today, July 24, we close the campaign, the birthday of the Liberator, Simon Bolivar. We celebrate the life of the Liberator with an extraordinary march here in Caracas, which shows that the People of Caracas are a Bolivarian people, they are a Chavista people and they are a conscious people, who know what we are at stake on July 27,” said Maduro Guerra.

The parliamentarian stated that “on July 27, we have an appointment with history (...) they have tried to carry out coups d'etat, they have tried to block the economy and today, July 24, after all these years of struggle and resistance, the best answer to the Liberator's birthday is to tell those people who wanted to see us kneeling, look at how Catia is doing, how is the barracks from end to end of the people supporting the Revolution”.
