Diosdado Cabello: Chávez and Maduro are good men that the opposition did not know how to take advantage of

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that despite the human quality of Commander Chávez, the opposition did not know how to take advantage of him and tried to harm him.

“A good man, a real noble man and the opposition didn't know how to take advantage of him, they attacked the Commander and they didn't know him. There is no civil war here thanks to Chávez,” said Ró Cabello during the Con El Mazo Dando program.

He assured that “Chávez tried to do everything to him until they decided to assassinate him, they have their mechanisms and imperialism knows how to act.”

He also stressed that this mistake is repeated by the extreme right in opposition to President Nicolás Maduro.
