Diosdado Cabello: Chávez dreamed it and we make it a reality, a fighting body of the JPSUV

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, praised the dedication and commitment of the young people in the red awning during the Basic Revolutionary Resistance Training camp that takes place in Carmen de Uria, La Guaira state.

During his participation in the 10K Night March, which began at 11 pm this Thursday and returned after 1:00am this Friday, the leader of the red awning emphasized the importance of combat training by revolutionary youth and recalled that this was a dream of Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez.

“Chávez dreamed it and we make it come true, a fighting body of the youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela,” he said while urging the participants in this training to be proud to be part of this first promotion named after the great revolutionary Darío Vivas.

“Today you are proud of those who are not here, you can't imagine the number of people who have asked us to come and do the course you are doing, consider it an honor to be the first cohort of revolutionary resistance courses and to bear the name of a great man, Darío Ramón Vivas Velazco, feel proud and let's put that name up”, he said.

The rain that occurred at 11:45 p.m., did not diminish the spirit of these young people who, singing songs and brandishing slogans that exalt the anti-imperialist character of the heroes of the Fatherland, made this journey to demonstrate to Venezuela and the world, that Venezuelan youth are ready to defend the Homeland under whatever circumstances.

“You will be defenders of the Homeland, formed and forged under the legacy of nothing more and nothing less than the legacy of our Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez Frías,” said the Secretary General of the PSUV.
