Diosdado Cabello: Guiana Essequiba isn't for anyone

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Sunday that Guiana Essequiba is preparing to carry out the constitution of the state.

From the state of Monagas, after exercising his right to vote in the municipal elections and in the Popular Youth Consultation, Cabello pointed out that Guayana Esequiba does not participate in this democratic process because “they have to make their own state constitution”, in which “they are going to define what their territorial distribution is, how many municipalities they are going to have, everything, because right now there was no way to make the election for councilors and mayors because they have not yet defined, because they are working on their constitution”.

However, he indicated that the state is participating in the Popular Youth Consultation. “The Guiana Essequiba thing is not for anyone, it's our Guiana Essequiba, that's definitely ours, not for absolutely anyone,” he emphasized.
