The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that “La Sayona is truly alone, no one can swallow her”, but there are a number of members of various traditional political parties, who “live by being attached to their last names, they have been like that all their lives”.

“There is a group of people who, well, live off that, the old traditional parties were like that,” he said.

In this regard, Cabello, his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 496, emphasized that in Venezuela in the past, neither Democratic Action (AD), nor COPEI nor any of the traditional party organizations of the Fourth Republic governed.

“They governed Venezuela from the Venevisión channel, from the surnames of the banks, it was economic power and politicians were always behind the last names and that was changed by a man from Sabaneta de Barinas who is called Hugo Chávez and changed their equation,” he emphasized.

As an example, he recalled that in Venezuela, the finance minister was placed by bankers and the president of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) was also a banker.
