The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, asked representatives of the country's opposition groups to be consistent with regard to the Amnesty Law, since they criticize it but also ask that it be protected.

“They are demanding drug traffickers, and they are right because we have told them here; that part of the money to finance conspiracies against Venezuela comes from drug trafficking. That's why they're demanding, a bit of vagrant mayors who lent their territory to traffic drugs and murderers,” he said.

He also stressed that I don't understand how the opponents criticized the Amnesty Law when the Amnesty Law was enacted, now that it's over, they come out to ask for it again.
