The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, exercised his right to participate in the electoral simulation this Sunday, from the state of Monagas, specifically from the headquarters of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV).

In that sense, he specified that the Venezuelan elections are a marker for the world, “Venezuela has been able to travel with blockade, with sanctions and elections have never stopped being held (...) we have always complied with the Constitution and with the law”.

In the company of his family, the leader of the red awning highlighted the speed of the Venezuelan electoral system, “it doesn't take us a minute, let alone, because you pass, you enter once your fingerprint activates the machine you go straight to vote.”

Regarding the drill, he pointed out that it allows the National Electoral Council (CNE) to review its system and the political parties that participate “allow them to review witnesses, it allows them to review their machinery.”

“The call is always for citizenship, for behavior before those groups that have never believed in elections (...) we always call for peace of mind.”
