The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Saturday that the Venezuelan people went to the country's headquarters to train, in response to the call of President Nicolás Maduro, in defense of the Homeland.

“Brother President Nicolás Maduro has ordered a romantic encounter, an encounter of the people and their barracks and their soldiers, and today the people go to the barracks to reconnect with their companions, but also to train within the plan conceived by the brother president, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the comprehensive defense of the nation,” said Cabello from the Abelardo Mérida Barracks in Maracay, Aragua state.

He explained that the plan contemplates the “transition from unarmed to armed struggle, prolonged active resistance and a permanent, constant offensive on all fronts.”
