Diosdado Cabello visits Mérida Cathedral to evaluate its restoration

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, visited the cathedral of The Immaculate Conception in the state of Mérida, to learn about the progress made in its rehabilitation process and as part of the activities being carried out in the Great National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela without Sanctions.
After talking with those in charge of the rehabilitation work, he said that “the people of Merida are going to have this place that will be part of all the potential that the entity and its beautiful things have”.
“People who come to Mérida are going to stop by, because it's beautiful and besides, I'm sure that prayers can be heard,” he said.
He announced that by the coming month of Mérida the work that is “thorough and in detail” must have been completed. He thanked all the staff who have carried out the restoration of the temple.
