The Caciques de Distrito team announced the hiring of its eighth imported team for the 2024 season of the Major League of Professional Baseball (LMBP).
Management welcomed American Vince Fernández, who arrived as a backup in the face of the late arrival of pitcher Marshall Kasowski
“In 2023, he played in the Independent League with Sioux City Explorers, where he shot 16 home runs, drove in 62 runs and averaged .246,” the team's statement said.
