The Venezuelan Fund Foundation for Industrial and Technological Reconversion (Fondoin) and the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) consolidated a strategic agreement to promote the ecological training of refrigeration technicians, through the Sixth Transformation (6T) linked to ecosocialism; this initiative seeks to train more than one million students across the country, with programs aimed at environmental sustainability.

The agreement aligns with the principles of the Montreal Protocol and promotes the transition to a circular economy, through the use of clean technologies and responsible practices in the area of refrigeration. The training proposal includes updated content and will be taught by specialized personnel, with the objective of strengthening technical capacities in line with the environmental commitments assumed by Venezuela.

Both institutions coordinate efforts to consolidate a model of technical training that responds to the challenges of climate change and contributes to the preservation of the Venezuelan Amazon. The alliance represents an advance in the implementation of public policies aimed at sustainable development, with an emphasis on industrial conversion and the rational use of resources.

The initiative is part of the national agenda of the Seven Transformations (7T), promoted by the Executive, and reaffirms the role of Inces as a platform for productive training. FONDOIN, for its part, provides its experience in technological reconversion to ensure that training processes meet international environmental standards.

With this joint action, the Bolivarian Government strengthens its ecosocialist policy and expands training opportunities for young people and workers in key areas for national development through the energy model and the consolidation of a technical culture committed to protecting the environment.
