The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Elvis Amoroso, reported this Saturday that a total of 1,174 voting centers were set up throughout the country for the electoral simulation this Sunday, June 30.
During a press conference, the president of the electoral body stressed that “we have 3,006 tables set up for the simulation (...) There are quite a few at the national level, in all states and municipalities there will be tables for the rehearsal so that we can all attend. We have studied this and thus determine where the tables will be set up so that everyone can practice in this electoral simulation.” The simulation will begin at 8:00am and the only requirement to exercise the right to vote is to present an identity card even if it has expired.
He specified that in the country there are approximately 21,392,464 voters qualified for the simulation.
