The Venezuelan Enderson Santos won the gold medal in the final of the 400 meters flat in the T11 modality of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, with a mark of 50.58.

The 37-year-old parathlete from Caracas, who competed in the 400-meter race for people with extreme visual impairments, together with his guide Eubrig Maza, led the fourth heat of the first round with a time of 51.71 seconds.

This is the second medal for the Creole delegation in Gallic lands after the second place obtained by the athlete Lisbeli Vera, in the same distance but in the women's category.

Santos is the Parapan American Champion in 100 meters, T11, in Chile 2023, runner-up in 400 meters in the Parapan American Championship in Chile 2023, champion of 100 meters and 400 meters in the 2024 National Open and champion of 100 meters and second place in 400 meters in the Grand Prix of Nottwil, Switzerland 2024.
