Executive Vice President comes to Türkiye to expand cooperation relations

The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodriguez, arrived in the Republic of Türkiye to hold various meetings at which the bilateral agenda will be reviewed.


The information was released by the vice-president, through her account on the Telegram channel, where she explained that it was received by her counterpart, Cevdet Yilmaz, “with whom we met to review our bilateral agenda and discuss the expansion of our cooperation in strategic areas such as energy, education, tourism, food and trade”.


Rodríguez specified that “the relationship between Venezuela and Türkiye is a tangible example of how cooperation based on mutual respect can generate concrete benefits for both peoples, so we agreed to continue increasing our bilateral trade.”


He also assured that the meeting served to reaffirm the joint vision of respect for the self-determination of peoples, “and we thank the Vice President for the consistent support of Türkiye and his firm position in calling for an end to the unilateral coercive measures that the United States maintains against our people.”
