For more than 13 years, as a result of the sanctions imposed on our country, the State has been unable to acquire machinery to boost domestic production in different areas, said the sector's vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
During a tour of the Aracua cheese production plant, located in Falcón state, Cabello indicated that recently the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, issued instructions to begin the acquisition of various machines to stimulate production.
“We, since 2013, have been unable to buy machinery for the State. Right now, the president gave the instruction to start bringing machinery because the governors don't have the capacity for that,” she highlighted on this day framed in the second stage of the national pilgrimage to demand an end to sanctions against Venezuela.
Quesos Aracua is a private initiative with more than 25 years of existence that has resisted the inclemency of the blockade and sanctions against our country.
Also, during Cabello's visit, cheese producers reaffirmed their commitment to national development and to maintain the evolution of the food products necessary for the people.
