FANB dismantled clandestine drug laboratory in Caracas (+6 detainees)

Officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), attached to the Bolivarian National Guard Zone Command (CZGNB) No. 43, dismantled an Organized Crime Group (GEDO) and a clandestine drug laboratory in the Sucre parish of Caracas, leading to the arrest of six citizens in flagrante delicto in two operations.
According to the official report, the first procedure was carried out in the Nuevo Horizonte sector, where the officers, after patrolling, dismantled a criminal gang with the capture of five citizens, from whom 2,892 kilograms of drugs were seized, distributed in 430 marijuana wrappers, 614 crack wrappers and 222 cocaine wrappers; in addition, 337 rifle cartridges, four vehicles and logistics equipment were seized.
On the other hand, in the Propatria sector, a clandestine center for the processing of illegal substances was dismantled. During the operation, the officers arrested a citizen and seized an electric oven for the preparation of synthetic drugs, 128 grams of marijuana, two .22 caliber rifles and dosing technology. The evidence seized and the citizens arrested were left to the order of the Public Ministry.
