More than 90 tons of fish are estimated to be distributed in communities in the state of Aragua, during the deployment of the Cardumen Fair, of the Venezuela Eat Fish Program, which will take place until April 30, an initiative carried out by the Ministry of Popular Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture (MINPESA).
This was announced by the director of this ministerial portfolio in the entity, Eber Sánchez, during the beginning of this fair. Through a press release, it became known that the spokesperson indicated that “the goal is 90 tons of hydrobiological products, but we know that our people will demand more, I am sure that when we close it we will exceed what was proposed”.
He explained that the plan will be developed for 12 weeks, in conjunction with the popular power and the fishing people represented through the Council of Fishermen and Women Fishermen (CONPPA). “We will be both at Carnival and at Holy Week, ready to offer seafood, as usual, at extremely affordable prices, of quality, fresh and directly from our shores,” he said.Mazo News Team
