On the occasion of the celebration of Children's Day, in Miranda state, a special day of comprehensive care was held for more than 500 children who are in temporary camps in the region.
A total of six temporary camps were attended, including: in the Plaza municipality (CEIN Ambrosio Plaza camp, Casa de la Juventud camp, Las Clavellinas camp); Baruta municipality (Mamá Rosa camp, La Limonera camp) and in the Chacao municipality (El Libertador camp).
The deployment was led by the president of the “El Niño Simon” Miranda Regional Foundation, Eddith Pulido, who toured the temporary facilities to share closely with the communities and to oversee that each planned activity was executed with total success and maximum human warmth.
The team from the “El Niño Simón” Regional Foundation installed caritas painting stations, organized group dynamics and distributed party favors loaded with candies to promote a healthy environment of sharing among all the children in the sectors visited.
“Despite adverse circumstances, the Bolivarian Government of Miranda continues to work for the happiness of our boys and girls,” said Pulido.
He also thanked the community leaders and grassroots structures for their support, whose previous diagnosis was essential to efficiently coordinate care in each municipality of the entity.
In addition, he stressed that these actions are part of public policies aimed at fully protecting children.
