FUNDACITE trains boys and girls from Amazonas in computer science

The Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE) in the state of Amazonas, an entity attached through the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT), carried out a training activity for boys and girls from indigenous linguistic niches.

In the activity, carried out in collaboration with the National Institute of Languages , the young participants had the opportunity to reinforce their knowledge about the use of computers and their tools.

The event evidences the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to continuing education and the digital inclusion of indigenous communities.

FUNDACITE Amazonas noted that the training stages will continue, reaffirming the objective of promoting study and scientific research among young people, through the National Scientific Semilleros Program.

This initiative, promoted by the Bolivarian Government, is part of the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán and aims to train a new generation of scientists, engineers and technologists to play a crucial role in national progress.
