Through the social network X, the Venezuelan Foundation for Seismological Research (FUNVISIS) reported that an earthquake of magnitude 5.2, depth 63.6, with an epicenter of 14 km east of Irapa, in the state of Sucre, was recorded on the night of Saturday, June 22.

The movement lasted 10 seconds, which was felt in Sucre state, north of Anzoátegui, Anaco, El Tigre, Maturín, Monagas state, and Caracas.

So far, no material damage has been reported, officials from FUNVISIS, Civil Protection, Firefighters and all security agencies are alert to any situation, Venezuelan Television reports.
