Government of Aragua reactivated Asphalt Plan in the Cagua-La Villa section

The installation of more than 6,000 tons of asphalt and scarification work resumed on the stretch of the Cagua-La Villa highway that crosses the Sucre municipality.
The road infrastructure project seeks to optimize vehicle flow and protect the safety of users on this key strategic route for land transport between the center of the country, the Llanera region and the state of Guárico.
The restart of the work was verified on site by the governor of Aragua, Joana Sánchez, together with the local mayor, Wilson Coy, and Gerardo Rozo, state authority of the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation and president of Vías de Aragua.
The reactivation of the crews comes after a 15-day cessation of operations due to the national contingency.
During the tour, Sánchez linked these actions to national public service policies, highlighting the importance of rescuing road assets as a priority collective good.
In the same way, the regional president extended her recognition to the Central Executive and the Minister of Transport for the technical and institutional support provided to carry out these works together with the Government and the Mayor's Office.
