Government of Aragua rehabilitates facilities at the Maracay land terminal

As part of the reorganization of the Maracay Terminal and the strengthening of the public transport system, the Bolivarian Government, through the Management of the Municipal Institute of Public Transportation of Girardot (IMTRAGIR), is working in an articulated manner to consolidate new projects for the benefit of the users and carriers of this land port in Aragua.
In this regard, work is being carried out for the refurbishment of these facilities in the internal and external areas. During the month of December, asphalt work has been carried out in the passenger loading and unloading areas, specifically on platforms 4 and 6; in addition, painting work was carried out on the external roofs of the commercial area of February 27.
In this regard, during this season, security deployments have been reinforced on the eve of Operation Safe Christmas, with special emphasis on verifying travel permits for minors, supervising authorized ticket charges and placing the official gazette in the different transport units.
