Nearly 18,000 civil servants were deployed in the 14 municipalities of the state of Carabobo during this holiday season for Easter 2026, at an event held on Avenida Bolívar Norte in Valencia, chaired by the governor of the entity, Rafael Lacava.

In his speech, he pointed out that a total of 375 patrols and 602 motorcycles are activated throughout the entity, as well as ambulances and cranes established at the 223 Public Service and Road Control Points, which will allow tourists to be supported in the face of any news in these holy days, where a large influx of people is expected on beaches and religious sanctuaries.

He assured that a new mobile video surveillance unit is being launched that will allow close control of the entity to protect the peace and tranquility of seasonal workers and residents.

On his social networks, he highlighted that “we have already started Operation Safe Holy Week 2026 in the state with these new technological tools that allow us better control of everything that happens on the Carabobo roads. Thank you, President in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, for your ongoing support for the security of our state. No one gives up here, long live Carabobo.”

In a review by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), this security device in Carabobo will be present on roads and natural spaces, to prioritize control on trunk roads, highways and spas.

For her part, the first lady of Carabobo, Nancy Lacava indicated on her social networks that the religious route continues in the municipality of San Joaquín.

Together with the municipal first lady, Genesis de Corrales, they visited the statue of the patron saint San Joaquín, the parish of San Juan Pablo II and the Church of Our Lady of Carmen, where she noted that they are spaces that reflect the devotion of the people and invite us to meet again in community.

“This Holy Week, I invite you to come to your church, to pause and reconnect with faith, family and love for others,” he said.
