Governor Luis Marcano presented Government Management Report 2025 to the Legislative Council

From the historic Casa Fuerte in Barcelona, this Thursday, March 19, the governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis Marcano presented his Management Report for the financial year 2025 to the Legislative Council of Anzoátegui (CLEANZ).
Accompanied by the first lady of the state, Marcia Moreno and in the presence of civil and military authorities, mayors, mayors, chiefs of staff, businessmen and the People's Power, the regional president highlighted an investment of more than 33 million dollars aimed at consolidating the integral development of the region under the guidelines of the Plan for the Homeland of the 7T promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
In a review published on the website of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Marcano emphasized the consolidation of new instances of government with the application of public policies through Popular Consultations and the transfer of resources to the communes
In economic matters, the rehabilitation of the Eulalia Buroz Commercial Port in the Sotillo municipality and the diversification of the regional economy stood out. On the road, the installation of more than 144 thousand tons of asphalt stood out. In addition, in 2025 the entity was a national tourist reference.
On the social front, the governor mentioned the strengthening of the Public Health System and highlighted care for older adults and the population with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The promotion of culture and the promotion of sports were also an important part of management, as well as strengthening citizen security, achieving positive results.
“The country is going to enter a point of acceleration in its recovery through all instances of government, carrying out many more works than we have done, with a single purpose, which is the destiny of prosperity and happiness,” he said.
For his part, the president of CLEANZ, Andrés Márquez, reported that the document will be evaluated by the regional parliament next Tuesday, March 25, for the subsequent inspection and verification of executed works.
