Governor Marcano: Come vote, choose your candidates and support youth

This Sunday, the governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, assured that there is a lot of mobilization in each of the centers and highlighted the correct functioning of the Republic Plan and the National Electoral Council.

Governor Marcano invited everyone to participate “it's an extremely simple and safe process, come and vote and choose your candidates for mayors, city council and accompany the youth to define their projects.”

“We are seeing how, through the popular consultation, it has become a dynamic that is now commonplace. It is the new democracy, the direct democracy that allows us all to express ourselves,” said the governor.

“My daughter, who is 16 years old today, has exercised her right to vote for the first time and that is thanks to the new democratic system that is developing in our country,” he said.

As of today, 778 electoral centers are located in the state's 21 municipalities, and more than 150 councilors. For this Sunday, 204 community circuits are active to ensure the development of the electoral process.
