Governor of Anzoátegui described 2024 Paranational Games as successful

The governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, described as successful the 2024 Paranational Games, which closed this Sunday. This was stated at the closing ceremony, when he congratulated the authorities of the Ministry of People's Power for Sports for holding the event.

“I congratulate each and every member of the team that held this event. Absolutely everyone, as well as all the athletes, will see each other at the next games. May God bless you!” , he specified.

The highest civil authority in the state of Anzoátegui sent greetings and thanks to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, whom he described as the “architect to allow the union of wills and create such a wonderful event”.

“Thanks to the one who allowed us to unite our wills to be able to hold the games the way they were held, President Nicolás Maduro. Thank you for your support because in these games we have seen wonderful things. It's moving to see the competitions and that at the end, the athletes from the different teams embrace (...) That's exactly what Venezuela is, inclusion and that's the Venezuela we want, a country of peace,” he said.
