Governor of La Guaira oversaw progress in the rehabilitation of the Mamo Vertical Gymnasium

The Governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, supervised the progress made in the rehabilitation of the Mamo Vertical Gymnasium, in the Catia la Mar parish, “ to confirm the work currently being carried out to enable these spaces intended to promote sports in the west of the state.”

“The best way to celebrate the victory of the Venezuelan National Baseball Team is to continue working for the development of sports infrastructure (...) we came to oversee the completion of the Vertical Gymnasium thanks to the support of our President in Charge, Delcy Rodríguez, who is moving forward with works to support national sports,” said Terán.

According to information issued by the Government, these spaces will have gym areas for bodybuilding, boxing, taekwondo, wrestling, fencing, weightlifting, volleyball, table tennis and chess.

It was also known that a boulevard inspired by a modern coastal belt is being built in the vicinity of the theater.
