Governor of La Guaira: Voting is betting on peace and strengthening democracy

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, highlighted the normal development of the election day this Sunday, July 27, when mayors, councilors and youth projects are elected.
In telephone contact with the Con El Mazo Dando team, he specified that in the entity the People have been mobilizing since the early hours to exercise their right to vote, and explained that in La Guaira there are a total of 278 polling stations in 211 centers, which “opened very early to give voters the opportunity to choose who will be our mayor in the Vargas municipality and also the councilors and also all the young people over 15 years old who will have the opportunity to choose their priorities to be executed”.
With regard to the participation of the People in the process, he indicated that “there is an influx of people in the different electoral centers, even in some of them there are also queues; which shows an indicator of participation that will be very good.”
Terán called on all the people to participate, “because to vote is to bet on peace, it is to strengthen democracy, it is to settle our controversies by constitutional means.”
