Governor of Monagas applauds the inauguration of the UNES for the training of young people in the entity

This Thursday, during the inauguration ceremony of the new headquarters of the National Experimental Security University (UNES) in Maturín, Monagas state, where 1,400 young people are preparing to serve in the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), the governor of Monagas, Ernesto Luna highlighted the State's commitment to training professionals for the integrity of the people.

“We are committed to setting as a goal everything that has to do with the academic conditions, professionalization and study of the members of the Experimental Security University, four university careers, police service, what has to do with civil protection, disaster management, among others,” said Luna during the tour with the Sectorial Vice President of Policy, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

He also highlighted that young people from all corners of Monagas go to Maturín to receive education through the university. “The next police officers and members of our security force are being trained,” he said.

“We applaud this important initiative that was made with a lot of effort to continue training young people who will undoubtedly continue to guarantee the tranquility of our beautiful Venezuela, a safe Venezuela, protected and safeguarded by these good men,” stressed the governor of Monagas.
