GUÁRICO-SAN JUAN DE LOS MORROS/Cabello: Here is a town with a great will to move forward

The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed that, in Guárico, as well as in all of Venezuela, “there is a people with a great will to move forward.”

“Come here, so that you can see what a beautiful town is, a working people (...), a friendly town and never lazy,” said Cabello during a meeting with various sectors in Guárico.

On the other hand, Cabello questioned those who profit from illegal logging. “Right now there are people who feel pleasure, a 200-year-old tree as a business; and we had to intervene, these days I was walking around Barinas and I got into a sawmill and they had a hundred and a few hundred trees (...) so the profit makes you want to tear down a tree to sell it as a board, by God, that's how we destroy a country,” he said.
