This Wednesday, April 29, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, recognized the People of Venezuela for everything they have resisted with the sanctions and the blockade against the Homeland.

“What they have done to Venezuela has hardly been done to another people in the world, hardly, what is true, is that no people in the world have resisted as the People of Venezuela have resisted,” said Cabello during a meeting with various social and productive sectors in Guárico.

In this regard, he stressed that there are working people all over Venezuela and despite adversities they have succeeded. At the same time, he took as an example the states of Apure and Mérida, which have been affected by the rains, but despite this, “that people have not given up and that people are still moving forward”.

He reaffirmed that within the framework of this Great Pilgrimage for a Venezuela Free of Sanctions and in Peace, there has been a great national consensus that the issue of sanctions is a great cruelty against the Venezuelan people.

For this reason, he assured that the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, made this call based on meetings held with the various sectors and unions of the country that today all call together for the cessation of sanctions and the blockade against Venezuela, in order to continue moving forward.
