Gymnast Susana Valbuena won the bronze medal in the junior category of the International Grand Prix

The Venezuelan Susana Valbuena won the bronze medal in the junior category of rhythmic gymnastics with the club apparatus at the International Grand Prix in Marbella, Spain.

The Venezuelan won the bronze medal after obtaining 23,700 points, according to the press release of the Ministry of People's Power for Sport.

In addition to the podium for devices, Valbuena closed his participation with a meritorious fifth place in the All Around classification.

For her part, the Venezuelan Jimena Domínguez gained experience in the demanding tournament, achieving 23,050 points in the ball, 23,300 in clubs, 23,250 in ribbon, 24,650 in hoop and thus a sum of 94,250 in the All Round that awarded her the 23rd position.

The contest brought together 21 international competitors, considered to be the best in the world ranking.
