HAMAS asserted that the US has been a longtime partner in Israeli crimes against Gaza

Last Tuesday, in an interview with the Qatari network Al-Jazeera, Osama Hamdan, representative of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) in Lebanon and a member of the group's Political Bureau, rejected Washington's new proposals.

Hamdan assured that the United States (USA), in its proposal, does not show anything new and that they only aim to buy time for Israel to commit more crimes.

“There is nothing new except what we hear in the media and what is being discussed with the mediators about the intention of the American president (Joe Biden) to present a new proposal,” he said.

He also added that “it is clear that the US administration has been to a large extent a partner of the occupation in all the acts of genocide committed in Gaza.”

Hamdan urged Washington to pressure Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to comply with an agreement already agreed on July 2, instead of proposing new initiatives.
