Head of State: 84% of Venezuelans agree to repudiate sanctions

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated this Monday that the majority of the Venezuelan people reject the sanctions imposed by North American imperialism and demand their immediate uprising, as one of the great national consensuses.

During the 46th edition of his Con Maduro+ program, the head of state pointed out that this great consensus emerged in the midst of the devastating consequences of unilateral coercive measures.

In this regard, he highlighted the “absolute repudiation of the entire national community, of the entire country, of sanctions and the demand that all sanctions on Venezuela be lifted. Today, 84% of Venezuelans, measured in all the polls that may exist, national and international, 84% of Venezuelans agree to repudiate sanctions and demand that (Joe) Biden lift sanctions,” he emphasized.
