Head of State: China's victory is the victory of the Bolivarians, it's the victory of Venezuela

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the victory of the Anti-Fascist World War, with a ceremony to inaugurate a monument commemorating this triumph of the Chinese People.
“That is why today from Venezuela, when the greatest American in history was born, our liberator Simon Bolivar, we celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Chinese victory and he says: The victory of China is the victory of the Bolivarians, it is the victory of Venezuela too,” stressed the president.
He described as admirable how in 80 years they overcame the wounds of war to become the first economic, commercial and technological power in the world and assured that the country will continue on the path of the socialist revolution of the 21st century and the immortal legacy of Commander Chávez.
The event, which celebrates the end of the Civil Offensive and the birth of the People's Republic of China, is attended by Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez; Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Education and Health, Gabriela Jiménez Ramírez; General in Chief Vladimir Padrino López, Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Minister of People's Power for Defense; His Excellency Mr. Lan Hu, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Venezuela; and the General in Chief Domingo Antonio Hernández Lárez, Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
