Head of State decorated the Belarusian ambassador with the “Order Francisco de Miranda, in its First Class”

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, presented the “Order Francisco de Miranda, in its First Class” award, to the ambassador of the Republic of Belarus, Andrei Leonidovich Molchan.

In a protocol ceremony, held this Wednesday, July 30, in the Salón Sol del Perú, of the Miraflores Palace, in recognition of his outstanding diplomatic work and the strengthening of ties of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.

President Maduro was accompanied by the Republic's first female combatant, Cilia Flores; the People's Power Minister for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil; and the Deputy Minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, Tatiana Pugh Moreno, among other authorities.
