Head of State: Hybrid war of the empire we have faced and defeated it together with the People

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the V Extraordinary Plenary of the Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) to prepare new strategies in defense of the country, assured that the Bolivarian Government together with the People have responded to every aggression or threat by imperialism in its hybrid war against the nation.
“The different forms of hybrid war of an unconventional nature, so called by theorists, developed by North American imperialism, the internal and Latin American oligarchies that they have applied against the independent, republican and Bolivarian model of Venezuela, we have all faced with a strategy, a plan and a united people,” said the Head of State.
He added that at every stage the People have been told the truth, with the objective of promoting new strategic methods that contribute to the defense of the sovereignty and peace of the Nation.
“At every stage, we have told the People the truth and we have called on the People to fight with the truth,” said the president of the PSUV at this meeting, which was attended by more than 10,000 militants, including revolutionary youth, who discussed the creation of new tasks within the block, as well as the importance of knowing in depth the 7 Transformations of the Plan of the Homeland 2025-2031.
