The National President, Nicolás Maduro, during the delivery of a Mission Base, in the parish of El Junquito in Caracas, stressed that the Robinsón and Ribas Missions must be linked to professions, with a technical vision so that when a boy falls behind, in addition to graduating from primary school, he learns a profession.

“That in addition to high school graduates they can be carpenters, electricians, craftsmen, and so on, and then if he wants to continue studying a university career he does it, but that he already has a trade,” he said.

He also called for linking the Robinson and Ribas Missions to the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES). “The best help for someone who falls behind in their youth, for one reason or another, is education, is to extend a hand to them and say: You are useful for the family, the community.”

It should be noted that the Mission Base is a creation of the Bolivarian Revolution aimed at eradicating extreme poverty, as part of the social policies maintained by the Government of President Nicolás Maduro.
