Head of State: New system of popular democratic government empowers youth

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized the strength of communal democracy and youth leadership.

“This is the project that triumphed in the national consultations of July 27, where the projects were chosen... This textile project is a youth project, for youth. Who approved it? You, the youth. There is no more democracy than that!” , stressed the Head of State when he learned the details of the new productive unit, installed in the El Indio Sorocaima Commune, in the Mariño Municipality.

President Maduro stressed that this venture is a sign of the success of the new community management model, where strategic decisions are made from the ground up:.

The President stressed that the financing and start-up of the company took place thanks to the new system of popular government, empowering youth as executors of the real economy.
