Head of State: The best tribute to Commander Hugo Chávez is to work side by side with the community

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the best tribute to the Eternal Commander and Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez Frías, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 11th Anniversary of his change of landscape and planting, “is to work side by side with the community, the family.”

“The best tribute is to work for the poor of the Earth, for the fields, for the neighborhoods, for those who cry out and need, for those who suffer, to go for him or her,” he said.

He made the statement at the Teresa Carreño Theater, where he led the launch of the Great Equality and Social Justice Mission “Hugo Chávez”.

In that regard, he said that it gave him great satisfaction and emotion, “to see that “we have achieved the first goal and that today, March 5, in homage to the 11 years of our Commander Hugo Chávez, he was born in the firmament of Venezuela to lovingly protect the People, the Great Mission of the new generation Equality and Social Justice “Hugo Chávez”.

“To the fields, to the streets, to the neighborhoods, to the cities, it's a Great Mission of Missions,” he said.
