“This is the courageous and heroic people of Venezuela!” , wrote the head of state, on his Telegram account along with images of the training in all military barracks, last Saturday.
“I have seen young people, ordinary men and women, in the country's barracks, participating in the first phase of training and preparation to defend territorial integrity, independence and peace. At maximum pressure! Maximum union! Without hesitation!”
