This Monday, at a press conference with national and international media, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, praised Venezuela's battle for truth in the face of imperial threats against the country's institutionality, sovereignty and peace.

Venezuela is in a great battle for the truth to win peace, to preserve peace (...) Exactly 5 weeks ago, Venezuela was threatened with missile ships, with a nuclear submarine and with bombing, invading and occupying the country,” criticized the head of state.

In this regard, he stressed that from that moment on he was threatened, “along with several of our colleagues, General (Vladimir) Padrino, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, by some cowboys, using the cowboy method in the 21st century. And what have we done these 5 weeks? Unite the People of Venezuela, empower the People of Venezuela, train the People of Venezuela and defend from the streets of Venezuela and the world our truth, our truth,” he emphasized.

He stressed that Venezuelans “are working people, we are good people, we are patriots and we are also honest people. We are revolutionaries of the 21st century. We say that with pride, with strength, with love, we are revolutionaries of the 21st century,” he stressed.
