The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that we are at the beginning of a new phase of power from the ground up and for the base.

This was stated at the end of a mobilization recorded this Monday, July 28, commemorating the birth of Eternal Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, the one-year anniversary of the victory of Nicolás Maduro as Head of State and the victory in the municipal elections this Sunday.

“Now this new phase of Power from the grassroots and for the grassroots is a challenge. I know we are ready to go deeper into it!” , he asserted.

From the Miraflores Palace and after singing happy birthday to Supreme Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, the Head of State, together with the First Combatant, Cilia Flores, the mayor of the Libertador Municipality, Carmen Meléndez and the head of the VEN25+ Campaign Command, Jorge Rodríguez; he pointed out that on a day like today, in Sabaneta de Barinas, the redeemer of the Venezuelan people was born to whom he dedicated the victories obtained in the most recent election in the country.
