During the celebration of the 17th Anniversary of the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV), the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, stressed that in the new phase of the Antonio José de Sucre International Youth Leadership School, there is a vision of setting up this training center in each of the country's states, municipalities and communes.
He also highlighted that not only Venezuelan youth have been trained in this school, but also the number of 121 international students, from different nations, such as from Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Along the same lines, Minister Rodríguez added that of the 4,000 students who live in this institution, 3,792 are students from 662 parishes and 1,790 communes in the country; for this reason, he stressed, at the same time, that “it is not only the quantity, but the quality and the territorial presence that this school of leadership seeks.”
Rodríguez pointed out that although there are challenges and tasks for all young people in the Community Circuits to go through this center, what President Nicolás Maduro instructed must be consolidated, regarding the promotion of thought tanks and the strengthening of work teams for each of the 7 Transformations of the Fatherland.
