High Command of the Revolution and People commemorated 71 years of Commander Chávez

From the Mountain Barracks 4F, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, together with members of the High Political Command of the Revolution and the People, commemorated the 71st birthday of Eternal Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías.

With Creole music, flowers and revolutionary fervor, they gathered in the place where the mausoleum of Commander Chávez is located in order to pay homage to him and celebrate the 71st anniversary of his birth. After celebrating the victory in the elections this Sunday, July 27, across the country, the senior officials went to the Mountain Barracks and with flowers in their hands they sang plain songs and paid their respects to the Commander.

The first lady, Cilia Flores; the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello; the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez; and the head of the Unified Revolution Command, Jorge Rodríguez; among other revolutionary leaders, also participated in the activity.

A series of events related to his figure is scheduled for this Monday, starting with a march in the country's capital as well as visits to the Mountain Barracks, located in the January 23 sector of Caracas, in connection with the birth of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution Hugo Chávez. Born on July 28, 1954 in Sabaneta de Barinas, his life was marked by love for the Homeland and the People of Venezuela.
