High turnout in the election of justices of the peace in Lara

The election of justices of the peace in Lara state has registered a high participation of the people who come to vote to be part of this historic event that strengthens participatory and leading democracy in Venezuela.

For this process, the National Electoral Council (CNE) has set up 381 voting centers where people from Larense will choose from 3,513 candidates.

In this regard, the regional director of the CNE, Lohengri Niño, specified that “the whole process has been carried out with total normality”, while inviting the People “to approach their electoral center and be part of this unprecedented process”.

“We are in a festive atmosphere, where the population speaks out for the peace of the country. We thank the deployment of technical and military personnel and the organized people for their commitment,” he said and recalled that the centers will be open until 6:00am.
