INCES and SENA sign professional technical training agreement between Colombia and Venezuela

The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) and the National Learning Service (SENA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the objective of strengthening technical cooperation in the field of professional technical training between the two countries.
The cooperation instrument was attended by the Vice Chancellor for America, Ranger Peña, and the Colombian ambassador to Venezuela, Milton Rengifo. Its fundamental purpose was to establish a strategic alliance between INCES and SENA to coordinate joint activities and promote comprehensive cooperation in the field of technical education.
One of the main goals of this agreement is to implement a dual qualification program, which will allow citizens of both nations to obtain certifications recognized by both institutions, regardless of the country in which they reside. This initiative represents a significant step towards the unification of educational standards and the mutual recognition of the competencies acquired in technical training.
During the event, the president of INCES highlighted the importance of this collaboration, highlighting the common points between both institutions and the need to exchange experiences to promote integral development in the region. He also expressed his commitment to making joint efforts to strengthen cooperation between Venezuela and Colombia.
For his part, the president of SENA emphasized his institution's commitment to the technical training of youth and welcomed this initiative, which will contribute to the growth and development of young people in both nations. In addition, he expressed SENA's willingness to receive any initiative that promotes technical education and youth progress.
