With the objective of strengthening ties with the national productive sector, the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) will begin in the coming days a tour of companies from different sectors across the country, to learn more about their realities, processes and requirements in terms of professional technical training.

The initiative promoted by the president of INCES, Wuikelman Angel, confirms the institution's role as a strategic ally of the business community and leaves behind old paradigms to offer a value proposition based on technical support, educational innovation, the permanent updating of its curriculum, the training of facilitators, among other proposals developed by this educational institution.

During a recent working day with regional teams, it was agreed to implement a personalized approach methodology, allowing each state to identify the companies with which a constructive dialogue will begin that meets their needs.

The intention is to actively listen to what the current training needs of the industrial, commercial and service sectors are, and from there, to co-design training solutions that respond to the real challenges of production.

Two of the most outstanding experiences were the support provided to the “Simon Bolivar” International Airport Institute in Maiquetía and Corpoelec, where workers were certified as multipliers of knowledge, thus strengthening the quality and relevance of the training provided.

The immediate goal of INCES with this deployment is to build together with companies a relevant training curriculum, which contributes both to the professional growth of workers and to the competitiveness of the national productive apparatus.
